JC Comics is a brick and mortar store in New Jersey that was established in 1990. We sell comic books from the Golden Age – Present along with many other collectibles including Vintage / Modern Toys , Action Figures, Statues, TPB/GN , Variants, Cards and Much More. Back Issues and customer service are our speciality and we appreciate your patronage.
We are a family business that treats our customers like family. Many have been with us from the start but we love meeting new customers every day.

How it all Started
The radioactive spider was a 15 long box collection of comics I collected for years as a kid. I brought these to a Fred Greenberg comic show in paramus march 1982. The dealers bought most of everything I had underpriced and a good amount else was sold to the general public.
The birth of JC COMICS Somerset Street, North Plainfield occurred in 1990 and eventually we relocated to our current home on RT 22 in 1999. It’s been a long time since our inception and were still going strong today.
Our Success
The key to our success are the employees we have had over the years and how they are also like family to us. Its a fun place to work but boy is there a lot of work. Owning a well oiled comic shop is a big task.
